Review the actual deliverable
A prompt is not a finished visual. Approval should happen on final text and media, with checks that are relevant to the format. Merlin separates preparation, review and approval so an unfinished idea is not mistaken for publishable content.
Choose the right kind of correction
Edit a sentence yourself, request an AI text correction or ask for a redesign. These actions have different effects. Feedback for learning can be saved without changing the current post. A changed draft returns to review.
Know what approval means
Eligible approved posts can be scheduled through the connected publishing service. Paused campaigns, unavailable accounts and other restrictions need attention. Personal LinkedIn and X remain manual.
If scheduled content needs changes, the existing scheduled version must be cancelled before editing can proceed. That protects the connection between what was reviewed and what goes out.
Keep evidence beside the decision
Checks support judgment; they do not guarantee that every claim is correct. Review the underlying source for important product claims. Save a clear reason when rejecting a piece, so the next draft can improve.
