Choose what matters
Ask Arthur to identify a priority, challenge a plan or compare possible approaches. A useful recommendation includes a business reason, a risk and the evidence that would change the recommendation.
Separate evidence from assumptions
Arthur’s guidance should distinguish facts, assumptions and opinions. When a source is missing or the sample is small, that limitation belongs in the answer. A persuasive explanation should not disguise missing evidence.
Turn direction into a proposed campaign
A strategy conversation can produce a decision to record or a campaign to hand to Merlin. These are reviewable proposals. Recording a decision and handing off a campaign happen through explicit actions in the Studio.
Keep the conversation practical
Try: “Which part of this campaign is most likely to fail, and what is the cheapest useful test?” That question invites a choice and a learning plan. It is more actionable than asking for an unlimited list of growth ideas.
