Browsing public pages
Public pages can be read without an account. This implementation does not load advertising tags or behavioral analytics. The hosting service receives technical request information, such as your IP address and requested URL, to serve and protect the website.
Your account and workspace
Signing in uses an essential session cookie. Account details and information you choose to add to a workspace are used to provide the service. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords. Do not add information you are not entitled to use.
Storage and service providers
The deployed Studio uses DigitalOcean infrastructure for its database and private file storage. Database backups are encrypted before being copied to private object storage. When an AI or publishing connection is enabled, relevant content may be processed by that configured provider.
Payments
When paid checkout is available, Paddle handles payment collection under its checkout terms. Do not send card information to our support address.
Creator applications
If you apply on the creators page, we use your application only to review it and to contact you about collaborations. We check your public profiles only with the consent you give in the form. We delete an application 90 days after we decide not to go ahead, and any other application 12 months after our last contact with you.
Your choices
You can read public pages without creating an account and sign out of the Studio at any time. Contact office@merlinwild.com for account data, correction or deletion requests. We may need to verify ownership and explain any retention obligations before completing a request.
