A working memory for each brand
Keep the brief, sources, public offer and design standards together. Brand knowledge gives content preparation a specific foundation. It also records what is still unknown, so a missing fact does not quietly become a marketing claim.
Feedback that survives the next draft
A correction is more useful when it becomes a lesson. The review workflow distinguishes feedback about text, design and topic choice. Praise and approval are different actions: liking a design does not automatically authorize publication.
Consistency without identical templates
Brands can have their own templates, characters, colors and examples. The aim is recognizable work with variation, rather than one composition repeated across every account.
A practical review asks two questions: would a reader recognize the brand, and does this particular piece offer something useful? A familiar visual cannot rescue a vague message.
